Canceling, exchanging, or returning your order
Our policies comply with The Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Need to cancel your order?
If you cancel before we have despatched your order, we will simply process a refund for you.
If the goods have been despatched, but you are still to receive them, you will need to return the goods to us at your expense.
You can download a Royal Mail returns label by clicking here. We will deduct £3.99 from your refund to cover the cost of the return.
Returning your wellies
You have 28 days to return any unwanted items to us.
All wellies must be received in a saleable condition and must not have been worn outside. If it is clear that the wellies have been worn outside, then we are not able to exchange the wellies for you – you will need to place another order. We are a small business and we’re unable to carry the cost of simply writing stock off. This will inevitably result in us having to increase our prices.
Please note that failure to return the insoles with your wellies will result in a £10 charge.
Returns via Royal Mail: click here to download a returns label. We will deduct £3.99 from your refund to cover the cost of the return.
Socks and accessories can only be returned if the label remains in tact.
Need to exchange
We are sorry, but as from March 18th, It is no longer viable for us to offer a free exchange service. Please place a new order for the item that you require.
Download a Royal Mail label here. Returns are charged at £3.99 which will be deducted from your refund. This charge to you is subsidised by us. If you chose to return the wellies via a different courier, we are unable to track down any items that are undelivered. It is highly likely that returning via a different courier will cost more than £3.99.
When will my refund be processed?
We aim to process your refund within 5 working days of us receiving saleable wellies back at our shed. Please remember that we will deduct £3.99 from your refund to cover the cost of the return.
My original Postage hasn't been refunded
We offer free postage on all orders above £50. Below £50, we will add £3.99 to your order, but if you then go on to return your order, the only deduction we make is £3.99 to cover the cost of the return.
If you paid for a special delivery and then return your item, we will deduct £3.99 and the original additional cost that you paid.
I’m sorry, but we are unable to refund you if the boots that you return have been worn.
