UK Delivery

We use Royal Mail for all UK deliveries. It’s reliable, trackable, and works well for footwear.

Delivery Options

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 – FREE on orders over £49
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 – £3.99 on orders under £49
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £4.99 (faster service)

Please note: Tracked 24 is not a guaranteed next-day delivery service.

Despatch Times

  • Orders placed before 2pm (Monday–Friday) are usually despatched the same working day
  • Orders placed after 2pm on Friday, or over the weekend, will be despatched on Monday

We do often pick and pack over the weekend, so you may receive your tracking information before the parcel actually leaves us.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been despatched, you’ll receive:

  • an order confirmation email, and
  • your Royal Mail tracking information

This allows you to follow your parcel’s journey right to your door.

If There’s a Delivery Issue

Occasionally, Royal Mail may mark a parcel as delivered when it’s been left with a neighbour or in a safe place.

If this happens, we kindly ask that you:

  • check around your property
  • ask neighbours or household members
  • review the tracking details carefully

If you’re still unable to locate your parcel after doing this, please get in touch and we’ll help from there.
