UK Exchanges & Returns

We want you to feel confident ordering from us. If something isn’t quite right, our UK exchanges and returns process is straightforward.  You are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015


Before You Send Anything Back

Please email us first to let us know:

  • your order number, and
  • whether you’re returning for a refund or requesting an exchange (and what you’d like instead).

This helps us look out for your parcel and deal with it quickly when it arrives.

You have 30 days after the date of receipt to return any unused item to us.

(In time, we’ll include a returns card in the box — but for now, a quick email is perfect.)


How to Return Your Order

All UK returns are sent via Royal Mail.

  1. Download a returns label from the Royal Mail returns portal
  2. Securely re-pack your item
  3. Attach the label and send it back to us

Please keep proof of posting until your return is complete.


Exchanges (UK)

  • We offer one exchange free of charge. Further exchanges are charged at £3.99
  • Once your return is received, we’ll send out your replacement item as quickly as possible
  • If you need help choosing an alternative size or style, just ask — we’re happy to advise

Returns for Refund (UK)

  • £3.99 is deducted from your refund
  • This helps to cover return postage costs
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and checked

Condition of Returns

Returned items should be:

  • unworn and clean
  • in their original condition
  • suitable for resale

If an item shows signs of wear, we may be unable to issue a full refund.
