Order Cancellation Policy

We know that sometimes you change your mind — and that’s ok!

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at verity@thewidewellycompany.co.uk quoting your order number.

Before Dispatch

If your order hasn’t yet been dispatched, we’ll cancel it and process a full refund straight away.

After Dispatch

If your order has already been dispatched, it’s no problem — you’ll just need to return the parcel once it arrives.
To download a returns label, you can use our Royal Mail returns portal

Returns are charged at £3.99, which we’ll deduct from your refund. Please let us know that you’re returning your order so that we can track it in.

Exchanges

If you’d prefer to exchange your boots for another size or design, you can request one free exchange using the same portal.
