International Returns & Exchanges

We’re always happy to help if something isn’t quite right with your order. For international customers, returns and exchanges work a little differently to UK orders.


Before You Return Your Order

Please email us before sending anything back, letting us know:

  • your order number, and
  • whether you’d like a refund or an exchange.

This helps us look out for your return and advise you if needed.

International Return Postage

  • International return postage is the customer’s responsibility
  • Customers should choose the most cost-effective and reliable return method available to them
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t process a return until it arrives back with us

Please keep proof of posting until your return is complete.

Exchanges (International)

  • International exchange postage costs are paid by the customer
  • Once your original item is received and checked, we’ll confirm the next steps with you

If you’d like help choosing an alternative size or style before returning, just get in touch — we’re happy to advise.

Refunds (International)

  • Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and checked
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method
  • Original delivery costs are non-refundable

Condition of Returns

Returned items must be:

  • unworn and clean
  • in their original condition
  • suitable for resale

Items returned in worn or damaged condition may not be eligible for a refund.

A quick note

We’re a small business and want to be fair to all our customers. International return arrangements vary widely by country, so asking customers to arrange and pay for their own return allows us to keep prices fair for everyone.
